Technical training is the backbone of after-sales service in the marine industry. Highlander runs training courses on a continual basis around the World and during the third week of October 2017 held a course in VDR, ECDIS and ARPA radar. The course took place in Central Italy in the seaside city of San Benedetto del Tronto, site of Highlander’s European marine electronics business unit. Instructors from Europe and China taught 17 service engineers hailing from 11 countries.
